The body holds memories, emotions, and physical sensations. Sometimes your body can get stuck in fight or flight mode, which might look like stress, anxiety, anger, or a general feeling of tension. Mindful movement and therapy gives you the opportunity to engage in talk therapy while regulating your nervous system. Cool, right?
Not every session needs to be Walk-And-Talk therapy; you can always try it or alternate with traditional talk therapy.
