I currently accept United HealthCare, Aetna, Oscar Health, and Oxford. Check with your insurance company to identify your co-pay for behavioral health services.
I also accept Aetna in Colorado.

Self-Pay: $120/50 minutes
This includes online therapy, yoga-informed therapy, and walk-and-talk therapy. Each hour session is 50 minutes; this allows 10 minutes for documentation and planning.
