You can learn mindfulness skills to regulate emotions so that your emotions no longer control you, find balance in all aspects of your life, and become an effective communicator. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, you can understand the interaction between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. By doing so, we will identify and change unhelpful thinking styles that create unwanted behaviors and overwhelming emotions.
